Graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University in 2012.

During her spare time Dr. Kim enjoys watching movies, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Graduated with honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in June 2021.

Following graduation, Dr. Boodram elected to pursue a residency program at the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York, through the University at Buffalo’s Jacob School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. During her residency, she received advanced training in all branches of dentistry and was able to provide a full range of dental services to a diverse patient population, including those with medical comorbidities and special needs.

“It bothers me that so many individuals identify as feeling frightened or uncomfortable in dental settings. I strive to be the kind of dentist who puts my patients at ease and ensures they maintain their autonomy by explaining all available treatment options. The ideal treatment for each patient depends upon a multitude of factors and can only be elected following an informed discussion between patient and practitioner. As our field is ever advancing, I will continually further my education and training in modern technologies and techniques to be best equipped to serve my patients here at Westney North.”

Throughout her training, Dr. Boodram has been involved with organizations promoting oral health education and advocating for improved access to dental care for vulnerable populations. She is passionate about improving oral health literacy.

In her down time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with friends and family.

Carly has been a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist since graduating from Durham College in 2017 and has been with the Westney North Dental team since.
Many may not know but Carly can play the ukulele! The first song she learned was “Hey Jude” by the Beatles.

A part of dentistry that Carly enjoys is working closely together with patients to achieve their oral hygiene goals. She strives to ensure their comfort and put patients at ease during dental procedures. Carly prides herself on patient education while keeping current, expanding her learning, and sharing the knowledge.

In her spare time, Carly dives into documentaries, booking and baking as well as exploring the outdoors with her dog.

Carly’s bucket list would include some adrenaline pumping skydiving! She would also like to travel to Asia and Australia one day.

Julie is a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist who completed her Dental Hygiene Diploma at George Brown College in 1993, followed by her Restorative Dental Hygiene Diploma in 1995. She is an active member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).

With decades of experience in both clinical practice and education, Julie has worked extensively in dental hygiene colleges as a clinical and pre-clinical instructor. This background has strengthened her ability to deliver optimal care in general practice settings. She is committed to creating comfortable, positive dental experiences for patients of all ages while maintaining a supportive and collaborative presence within the dental team.

Outside of the office, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, staying active, and going on cruises.

Carol has been happily employed with the company for over 17 years.  She have worn numerous hats throughout her time but her most favourite part of the job is the patient interaction!

Carol loves talking to everyone and finding out who they are! 

She was raised in Oshawa and lives in Whitby. This makes her very familiar with the area and has enjoyed watching the growth of Ajax. When Carol is not at the office she enjoys travelling the world. Her favourite place to visit is New Zealand! She loves going on wine tours in every country that she has visited with her husband. 

Carol is a proud daughter, mom, sister, aunt and grandma. Spending time with family is everything.
